campus tour... freshmen elections... academics update...

last july 7, 2005, thursday, we, the lasallian ambassadors have conducted a campus tour for the PAREF-woodrose school. this is an exlusive girl school located here in the south... noong una, nag alangan ako ng mag sign up for this tour, but eventually, i signed up na rin...

naglolokohan kami nina kathy, marj, atbp na this is the ultimate nosebleed... as we all know, woodrose is an exclusive girl school with all the students, speaking fluently in english... kaya kami sa LAmb, naglolokohan dahil nga nosebleed moment na ito, meaning baka maubusan kami ng english at dumugo ang ilong namin... LOL...

when i met my 10 woodrose students, i gave my usual pep talk by introducing myself... and then the first question that popped out of my mind: "does anybody here who cannot understand tagalog?" hahahaha... worried ba daw? and then, they reacted by sayung: "what's tagalog? i can't understand you..." (in a british accent, and nanlolokong way of voice) haha... laughtrip.. so sabi ko, "ok, i dont hav to speak english all the time... let's go on with the tour..." haha.. what a loser...

so yun nga, i was telling them all about lasalle, and i told them that they are lucky enough to see the lasallians because of the 10 minute break... aba aba aba... nung break na nga, hindi naman mapigilan ang mga mata ng mga bata na mag boy hunting... hahaha... sobrang umiikot ang kanilang mata para lang makakita ng crush nila... and they are also longing to see the varsity players...

nung pabalik na kami, i asked them if they enjoyed the tour... and then they told me that it was better than ateneo... WAAAAAAAAH! i was so touched! in fairness, mas magaling ako sa atenista mag tour... hahaha...

this has been yet another fruitful experience... hahaha...

freshmen election is fast approaching... at mejo lang, nagsisimula na kagad ang siraan... mga pasaway kasi sila... anyway, sakit pa ng ulo ang mangyayari sa CBE... hmp. pag hindi daw napili, susuporta pala ah... kalokohan... sana tumulong ka nalang sa amin para panalo tayo... hmp.

busy na naman... sana maka 22-0 ngayong election! hahaha...

hay naku... sobrang sablay ang mga 1st quizzes ko ngayong term... kainis kasi... tinatamad pa ako... pero seeing this results, made me think na "thiz iz it! bawi na ito!" hay naku... kailangan talga bumawi....

atty. jose mejia left our class for 1 month din and atty. zenaida manalo replaced him... pasaway pala ito... nakakatawa siya mag lesson, pero hirap ako maintindhan siya, compared to atty. mejia dahil madali ko naiintindihan sa kanya... palibhasa kasi puro kwento din... when he returned home, he is still the usual atty. mejia, nakakatawa pa rin...

some of his kwento are:
1. "you know what guys, we filipinos are holding the longest sentence using only 2 letters..." akala ko naman yung word na "ah..." pag nag iisip ang mga pilipino, pero mali pala...
may kwento pa nga eh..
"merong 2 tao na nasa isang elevator, isang pinoy, isang british. nung nag open yung elevator, tinanong ng isang pilipino yung isa pang pinoy, "bababa ba?" tapos sumagot yung pinoy, "oo, bababa." nagulat tuloy yung british kung bakit ganon. naisip nya na praning ang mga pinoy... hahahaha...
2. second laugh trip kwento: "alam nyo guys, nakikita ko na mananalo tayo ngayong sunday versus ateneo... one of my friends told me, talga? kaya nyo manalo? and i said, parang tinanong mo na rin sa kin kung katoliko ba ang religion ng pope..." hahahah... benta talga to... ang astig talga...

ooh.. and speaking of uaap... pumila nga pala ako ng july 6 sa lasalle non just to get tickets for the sunday game... and pumila ako for 2 hrs! hmp. worth it naman eh. makakapanood na ako sa sunday sa araneta... weeeeee.... wag lang sana magkaroon ng rally... leche pag nangyari yun...
